Kentucky to the World has been selected by Sazerac to receive a set of Buffalo Trace’s finest whiskeys as part of the “100 Bourbon Sets for 100 Charities” initiative. This program honors Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr.’s passion for bettering the bourbon category. As a selected organization, Sazerac celebrates the work KTW is doing to make our community a better place to call home!
The bourbon set is worth $2100 and features a standout selection of six unique W.L. Weller bourbon expressions from the iconic Kentucky bourbon brand.

Weller Full Proof
MSRP: $250
Weller Full Proof has a nose of vanilla, dark cherries, and caramel. On the palate, there is a balance of caramel and toasted oak. The finish is said to be long, with notes of crème brûlée and chocolate.
W.L. Weller Special Reserve
MSRP: $80
The Original Wheated Bourbon Whiskey features an exceptionally smooth taste, substituting wheat for rye grain. Bottled at 90 proof, this bourbon stands out with its burnt orange color. Its softer flavor notes make this bourbon great for sipping or making cocktails.
Weller C.Y.P.B

Weller CYPB Bourbon is a limited edition whiskey is the result of the overwhelming consensus—a wheated recipe bourbon, aged on the highest warehouse floors for eight years and bottled at 95 proof.
A light aroma with citrus and oak on the nose. The palate is well-rounded and balanced, with a medium-long finish and hints of vanilla.
W.L. Weller 12-Year Bourbon

Made in homage to one of bourbon's original aristocrats, W.L. Weller's 12-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon continues to be crafted using Weller's wheated bourbon recipe. Aged for a minimum of 12 years, far longer than most wheated bourbons. This whiskey features aromas of creamy vanilla, caramel, and molasses that give way to notes of candied corn, ripe fruits, cocoa powder, and dried fruits on the palate. With a finish, that is elegant and soft and has hints of mint, fruit, and vanilla this wheated bourbon is not to be overlooked. W.L. Weller 12-year Old Bourbon earned the Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2019.
TASTING NOTES: Aromas of lanolin, almond, creamed corn, and toasty vanilla. The mid-palate flavor is heavily wheated, layered, and moderately sweet. Long, oaky, and intensely smooth finish.
W.L. Weller Single Barrel
MSRP: $700
A wheated bourbon with a full-bodied flavor and a balanced palate. Old Weller Antique is bottled at 107 proof, offering a complex taste and bold finish. It’s certainly a recognizable member of the Weller label, with its own unique characteristics to compliment the high proof.
Sweet and unusual floral notes coupled with vanilla. The taste is very well balanced with sweet fruit notes, a strong vanilla undertone, and sharp spicy tones, with a cinnamon finish.

By participating, you agree that:
These Official Rules & Regulations (the “Rules”) govern the conduct of the Kentucky to the World (KTW) 100 Bourbon Sets for 100 Charities (the “Raffle”) and, together with the decisions of KTW, are binding on everyone who purchases a Raffle ticket and/or who is named on a Raffle ticket. The Raffle is a fundraising activity conducted by KTW. These Rules may not be waived, modified or supplemented unless such waiver, modification or supplementation is made in writing by KTW.
PRIZE DRAWING
The drawing for all three prizes in the Raffle will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, except this date and all other dates stated in these Rules may be extended at the absolute discretion of KTW. In the event the Raffle is postponed, all reasonable efforts will be made to notify ticket holders of the new drawing date. Online ticket orders must be received before 7:00 PM EDT on Wednesday, July 24, 2024. Tickets may be purchased in person at the event at Hotel Genevieve on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, between 6 and 7:15 PM. The drawing will be conducted under the supervision of KTW. The winning tickets will be drawn at random from a drum containing all eligible Raffle tickets. The drawing will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at 7:30 PM EDT and viewable by the public at Hotel Genevieve, 730 E Market Street, Louisville, KY 40202.
PRIZE AWARDS IN THE EVENT OF NON-SELLOUT OF TICKETS
The price per ticket is $50.00. A maximum of 300 tickets will be sold. If fewer than 300 Raffle tickets are sold, KTW reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to postpone the date of the drawing until a date that is within seven (7) days from the date on which the maximum 300 tickets have been sold. The ratio of prizes to tickets is a maximum of 1 to 300 if all tickets are sold. KTW reserves the right to cancel this Raffle contest at any time, in which event liability is limited to the refund of the ticket price to all participants.

KTW understands that the IRS position is that amounts paid for chances in raffles, lotteries or similar drawings for valuable prizes are not gifts and, consequently, do not qualify as deductible charitable contributions.
KTW assumes no responsibility for Prize winner's tax obligations and suggests you consult your tax advisor. By participating in this Raffle, all ticket purchasers and the person named on each Raffle ticket accept and agree (1) to be bound by all the rules, limitations and restrictions set forth here, and (2) that their names and/or likenesses may be disclosed to and used by the news media and may otherwise be used by KTW for publicity purposes and naming of the Prize winners to be published in area newspapers or other media including television, radio, web and print with no additional compensation. The Prize winners may be published on the KTW website and social channels.
By participating in this Raffle, each participant releases KTW and each of their respective members, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from or caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize; and each winner agrees to indemnify and hold KTW and each of their respective members, directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from any and all losses, damages, costs, expenses, rights, claims and actions of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the winners' acceptance or use of any prize.
ELIGIBILITY
Raffle is open to the general public, and ticket purchasers and the person named on a Raffle ticket must be at least 21 years of age at the time of purchase. Offer void where prohibited by law.
In order for the Prize winners to receive their Prize, KTW shall notify the winner verbally in person or by phone or in writing and the winners shall claim their prize within thirty (30) days.
If the Prize winner does not claim their prize or donates it to KTW within thirty (30) days after having been contacted, KTW shall notify the Department of Charitable Gaming and draw another ticket in the presence of Department personnel. The tickets shall remain under the control of KTW until another Prize winner is identified and accepts the prize.
The Prize will be transferred to the Prize winner by KTW in the same good condition as depicted in the photographs contained herein.
PRIZE VALUE - UPDATE
The value of the Grand Prize of 6 bottles is $2100. The Internal Revenue Service or the Kentucky Franchise Tax Board will accept that value of the Prizes or any other value for the purpose of determining any income tax that may be payable by each Prize winner.
REFUNDS
All Raffle ticket sales are final. No refunds will be made. KTW assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected or non-delivered email, mail or fax messages, or any other failure to receive orders or deliver receipts prior to the drawing deadlines. In no event can KTW or their respective directors, officers, employees, members, committee members, agents, contractors, advisors, or representatives be liable to any party for any loss or injuries to earnings, profits or goodwill, or for any incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages of any person or entity.
TICKETS
Tickets are $50.00 each. Raffle tickets may be purchased exclusively online from KTW at the following website: kentuckytotheworld.org. Online ticket orders must be received before 7:00 PM EDT on Wednesday, July 24, 2024. Tickets may be purchased in person at the event at Hotel Genevieve on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, between 6 and 7:15 PM. The winners will be drawn at 7:30 PM.
You may buy as many tickets as you wish, subject to availability until a maximum of 300 tickets are sold. Each Raffle ticket is a separate and equal chance to win one grand prize.
Ticket orders must include valid credit card information to be eligible. If the credit card transaction is denied for any reason, no ticket shall be sold; and the ticket purchase request is null and void. When possible, ticket number(s) will be sent by email to the email address provided at the time of purchase; and printed ticket(s) containing the purchaser’s name, ticket number and contact information will be placed in a secured location at the offices of KTW until the drawing.
PRIZE WINNER
Winner notification will be made by telephone, email, US mail and posted on the web page. The winner will need to provide proper identification to the satisfaction of KTW. The winner must pick up their prize in person at Hotel Genevieve, 730 E Market Street, Louisville, KY 40202. It is illegal for Kentucky to the World to ship bourbon. A representative of KTW will coordinate all the details with each winner regarding the pick up of their prize. Winners agree to the use of his/her name, photograph or videotape likeness and statements for publicity purposes by KTW and agree to sign a publicity release without any further compensation.
REGISTRATION WITH THE STATE OF KENTUCKY - UPDATE
This Raffle is licensed by the Department of Charitable Gaming and is conducted by KTW, License Number EXE0002505 for the benefit of KTW.
